I LOVE this.
It is SO fast and so easy.
It is definitely one of my go to recipes when I need something quick.
-Pillsbury pizza crust
-2 tbsp butter
-1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
-1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
-Topping of your choice (cheese, pepperoni, red onion)
Spread pizza crust onto cookie sheet.
If the crust rips while pulling it out, just push areas back together.
In a small bowl, melt 2 tbsp of butter.
Once melted, add Italian seasoning and garlic powder to butter.
Spread butter onto the crust.
Do not use all of the butter. You will need some for the top.
Cover with your choice of toppings.
I like to use red onion, different cheeses and pepperoni. Pizza sauce is not required.
Roll the crust short end to short end.
Place seam side down, lengthwise on your cookie sheet.
Pinch edges so they are completely closed.
Cover the top with the remaining butter mixture.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 mins.
Let stand 5 mins before cutting.
Serve with a side of marinara dipping sauce if you like.
