LasagnaI am sharing my recipe for lasagna for today’s Tasty Tuesday. This is one of my husband’s favorite meals that I make. I know there are many versions of lasagna out there but I wanted to share mine just in case you all have never had it this way before.
It is relatively easy and SUPER YUMMY!
-Spaghetti sauce of your choice
-Small curd cottage cheese
-Mozzarella Cheese and Parmesan cheese
How to:Begin by browning the ground beef.
While the meat is browning, cook noodles as directed on the box.
In a small bowl, combine sauce, cottage cheese, and meat once browned.
First, put a thin layer of the sauce combination at the bottom of a 9×13 pan. This will prevent your noodles from sticking.
Then, place noodles on sauce.
Place another layer of sauce over the noodles.
Cover the sauce with a layer of both cheeses. Then repeat process:
Noodles, sauce, cheese.
(I only do two layers of each. I use 6 noodles total.)
Top with rest of cheese. (We like a lot of cheese!)

At this point you can either bake immediately or just cover with foil and place in the fridge.
Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
Let stand 5 mins before serving.
